How to Eat Healthy When You’re Stuck at Home

Eating a healthy diet can be one of the most important steps you can take toward overall better health. A nutritious eating plan can ward off, or even reverse some chronic diseases. Unfortunately, getting to the grocery store isn’t as easy as it used to be and if you are limiting your trips out of the house right now, it’s difficult to keep a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables on hand.

Consider the following strategies and incorporate them into your regular routine, and you can eat a diet that is healthy but also convenient.

Plan ahead. It’s easier to stick to a pre-planned diet, than to come up with one spontaneously. Take the time to plan your meals for each week, make a grocery list, and then shop for everything you need in just one trip.
