WiFi Linked to at Least Seven Serious Health Conditions

Technology is exciting, and it can change our lives for the better. The emergence of each new human innovation is usually greeted with enthusiasm and hope for a better future. After all, who doesn’t want to live a life of greater convenience, improved communication, or just more fun?

With each new technology created by man, also comes the risk that we are creating an environment that is less than ideal for our health – or even dangerous. In the case of wifi signals in your home, office, or favorite coffee shop, scientific evidence suggests a link between several common chronic conditions, and the wireless networks upon which we have all grown to depend.

Childhood development, particularly in utero. In 2009, Austrian researchers made the following note about the radiation from wifi and its effect on protein synthesis in fetal cells: “this cell property is especially pronounced in growing tissues, that is, in children and youth. Consequently, these population groups would be more susceptible than average to the described effects.”

Insomnia. A 2007 study linked wifi signals to insomnia and changes in brainwave patterns. As annoying as insomnia can be, associated problems such as depression and hypertension can cause even more disruption to your life.

Brain activity and function. Just last year, researchers using MRI evidence found that people exposed to 4G radiation demonstrated reduced activity in several areas of their brains.

Cardiac stress. A study of 69 subjects demonstrated a cardiac response to wifi exposure. Many study participants experienced increased heart rate, similar to the response provoked by stress.

Fertility. Research in both animals and humans has demonstrated that radiation from wifi can reduce sperm mobility and cause DNA fragmentation. And in 2011, the Karolinska Institute in Sweden released the following warnings:

  • “Pregnant women are cautioned to avoid using wireless devices themselves and distance themselves from other users,”
  • “Current US [and Canada]…standards for radio frequency and microwave radiation from wireless technology are entirely inadequate,” and “Safety standards also ignore the developing fetus…”

Cancer. While few human studies have been performed to date, scientists have continued to express concern over the link between wireless signals and the development of tumors.

So does all of this evidence mean you should give up your internet connection, avoid public spaces, and move into remote desert cave?  Luckily, there is no need to make such a rash decision – or deprive yourself of Netflix and online shopping! We have a solution that can reduce the negative effects of wireless radiation upon your body, and allows you to continue enjoying your wifi connection.
